As part of a whole-house remodel, damaged and heavily soiled hardwood floors were sanded, repaired, cleaned, and sealed.

Project overview
The Work
This hardwood flooring project was completed as part of a whole-house remodel in Clearmont, Missouri. The existing floor was dirty and marked by hooves after a previous tenant kept a goat inside the home.
Floor Restoration
We removed the transition strips, repaired large holes in the hardwood, and completed a three-stage sanding process. After thoroughly cleaning the surface, we applied two coats of Varathane to seal the floor.
