Challenge
A leaking boiler had contributed to mold, deterioration, and warping in the surrounding floor. The boiler also had piping that was incorrectly routed outside, creating operational and safety concerns.
Solution
We corrected the piping by relocating it inside the home, reinstalled the boiler with a new heating element, replaced the rotting subfloor, and installed new vinyl flooring.
