This residential project in College Springs, Iowa, focused on completing siding work on the garages and creating a two-tier retaining wall for the client’s wife’s flower gardens.
Challenge
Siding and J-channel had been damaged by a previous storm. Behind the garage, an uneven hill required grading before the retaining wall could be built.
Solution
The garage siding was finished, and the hillside was graded. Bricks were then placed to form a two-tier retaining wall behind the garage.
